My fingers are numb and I have gone cross eyed spending the last 6 hours building an Excel spreadsheet to track weekly fixed and variable expenses, mileage rates, FSC, miles, and accessorial pay. Will even calculate how much to hold back for taxes. I decided that wasn't enough, so I enabled it to track in real time Quarterly totals for each category. Next step will be the easy part, create the chart to combine all quarterly data into an annual profit and loss statement.
Funny part, I originally started the calculator to see if it would be financially feasible to go LP. I will actually post a link to it should anyone be interested once it is complete and beta tested. (Give me another week or so).

Id like to take a look for sure, still cant decide how i want to set mine up.

One thing I did on it was make every field variable. That being said, if you change carriers, go from $1.15/Mile to $1.85/mile you can change it and it will still calculate everything. I did that because the FSC usually adjusts on a weekly basis and so it needs to be changed. So far I only have 2 quarters done, still need to finish the rest of the year and then beta test.
The Tax rate is set at 25%, I know that is off a little, but making a quarterly payment of 25% of the Adjusted Gross, should be no problem at the end of the year once all deductions have been applied. -
PM me an email addy, I can send you a rough copy of what I have so far.

I'd be interested in this. Even to Beta test.
-
Also if you put in there for fuel I would be interested in testing it out
-
Send me y'alls email address and I will send you the beta version. It is not complete, but a decent start. Yes, it does compensate for fuel cost as a week let avg. As well as mpg weekly avg.
-
I would like to test that out and see it. Sounds like you have everything covered.

Sorry for not getting it out there guys, got backed up here remodeling the guest bath. I am gonna fix a couple bugs and then look at distribution. Give me a couple of weeks.
