could this work? How does it look? Also how long on average do you have to stay out to make L/P work?

No way to tell without A) how much is the fuel surcharge? B) How many miles can you reasonably expect in a given week, how much empty, how much loaded?
Points of concern .. why occupational insurance and workers comp? ... it's typically one or the other. No control over the maintenance account - it's your money. What's the residual on the lease? Can you buy it out? Why a potentially different rate for T called loads? Are fuel taxes computed on your MPG or the fleet MPG? What's the detention pay policy? -
Anyways I have had the urge to but not really sure if it's a good idea. How many days out do you need to be out. I'll figure out the other questions and post more. -
.90 cents per mile loaded or empty.
.44-.46 cents fuel surcharge for loaded miles only
2,500 miles guaranteed per week
12-36 month lease
525-540 per week for teuck
850 with insurance bob tail accident and the other stuff per week with truck payment included.
No benefits health or dental.
.6 cents for maintence account
can purchase truck at the end.
No pets
no credit check
$20 dollars per hour detention pay.
Thats all all I really got. Never did a lease so I'm not sure about other questions to ask. Any advice on this? Walk away and stay company or could this work out? -
Like any other business you have to be 200% committed, if you're worried about how long you need to stay out then maybe it's not for you.

Stay out as long as you want, the longer you're out the more money you make'its up to you.
-
Ok. I guess to get a answer around here I have to word my question to a T. If you're doing a L/O how many days do you stay out before taking home time?
-
