Just curious as to what kind of truck you wound up with.
-
Got a 2011 cascadia nice and clean.
jbee Thanks this. -
Can you please give a run down of what their lease contract is like. Such as mileage rate, FSC, Fixed costs, Lease payment......... Thanks!!
-
Its a sliding pay scale 0-200 is 2.50 mile +fsc
201-400 is 1.15 mile +fsc
400+ is .95 mile +fsc and today fsc is .47 cents
Fixed costs are $560.39 that includes truck payment at $384.62 for 156 weeks then its paid for no balloon payment.
I chose 7 cent a mile maintenance and 2 cent a mile for escrow till you get $5000.
The escrow if you leave you take with you as long as you don't abandon the truck.
I will say this weekend dispatch sucks. -
Do you have anymore info what kind of trucks do they offer, what are your miles like and if possible your pay weekly? I'm interested in leasing just want to get someone else's perspective from someone else's expirience. And can you give a list of all your expenses on a weekly basis for your truck thnx
-
Hmm, crunching those numbers that doesn't seem to be bad, $59k for the truck after 3 years. Not bad. I'm sure you can pay the truck off early, I'd assume?
-
Yes you can pay off early.

2011 freightliners cascadia is all they offer 350 to 450 thousand mile range. This is only my second week 2500 this week on miles. A lot of northeast freight but you don't have to go. Total deductions is like 530 a week except maintenance and escrow and of course fuel.

Hmm..... just an observation
Are you talking about the same western express out of nashville that is really owned by covenant.
If so, i always thought of them as one of the worst companies out there to drive for. Cant believe anyone would be willing to do lease with them.
I just find it surprising is all.SouthernShaker2 Thanks this.
