So I have been doing a lease purchase for a month or so now. I stay out 12 and go home for 2. Is it to much to ask for at least 400 miles a day? Is my expectations to high that's like 7 hours of driving a day? That's 12 days at 400 a day divided by 2 is 2400 a week shouldn't most companies be able to get you that. Frustrated maybe its just me.

No, it's not you. That is the trucking / leasing game. I imagine there are companies offering more miles.

Well....with 8 years experience in the business, and a member here at TTR since May of 2009....and you STILL ended up in a Lease/Purchase program.....what DID you expect?

You get no sympathy from me. Made your bed, now lay in it.

If the only way for me...to maybe own a truck.....is by lease/purchase....it means I need to stay a company driver for now....lease/purchase...is like buying a tv at the rent to own store.....it will end up costing me 3 times more ...compaired to buying it

No, you are not asking too much (as far as miles go). Even if you can average a mere 50 mph. for the day, you should be able to get 550 miles per day X 6 days a week, you should be averaging a minimum of 3,300 miles per week (easily and legally). Start begging your company for better miles.

Well... Kinda-Sorta. More like, when you are close to paying the TV Set off, they find a way to get you fired from your job and once you can't make payments any more, they come and get it from you or you give it back voluntarily. Then they sold it a second time under the same term you got to finally sell it a third time to the used TV market... Once again making it possible to own the TV free and clear ONLY when you can pay cash for it or bring your own credit to finance it.

2400 miles a week should be an easy do...but they have to give you the loads with some miles....have you talked with them about it
