Why wouldn't it be true. That is almost the normal lease purchase deal. Basically your just renting the truck until so many payments are made, then it becomes yours with the last dollar. All the interest is included in the rent payments. You have no legal ownership till all payments are made.
The thing to watch for is the quality of the truck and warrenty since you have to maintain that truck in as good of shape as you drove it off with.
Another thing to watch for in the lease is who you have to purchase insurance thru as their insurance could be quite inflated.

John Christner Trucking also has a $1 buy-off at the end of a lease, which it think is 5 years. It's not that unusual; I think there are others, too.

If I had to do a lease purchase, I'd rather go with a dealer vs a trucking company. With the dealer, your not locked into the company your hauling for which gives better leverage.

Blowby is how much gas gets by the piston into the crank case. A higher number is worse then a lower number.

    1catfish Thanks this.
