I've been driving a Crapscadia for a year now, two different trucks. Mine now has 478000 miles.
mechanically I never experience any big issues however the interior is trash, even employees at the dollar store would say the interior is trash.
My lunch box has higher quality plastic than in that truck.
Everything is always rattling and coming loose, seats fall apart, radio stops working every time I hit a bump and in both my trucks water comes INSIDE when it rains.
I can go on and on but you get the idea.

Good to know. I've been looking at 2010-2011 Cascadias. Not ready to buy one yet, just looking at prices, etc. They look well designed on pictures. Is this poor materials quality common for all year models? Do they come in different, higher quality trims? I wonder why this model is so popular.

My 2011 Cascadia (453k miles) is just the opposite in terms of interior integrity. Aside from a few very minor things, the truck has remained rattle-free. Everything in it works, though the front privacy curtain is falling apart at the seams. Radio is fine...have a small leak at the bottom corner of the passenger side windshield. Pretty typical FL stuff. But I have enjoyed this unit for the large majority of the 270k miles I've put on it myself.

To the OP , I have 3 CASCADIAS although 2013 models mixed in with my WESTERN STARS and KENWORTHS and so far have been good trucks

Thats what I keep hearing about Pete's and Kenworths, but they don't seem to be more expensive.
Did you get your Cascadia brand new?

I used to drive a 09 Fl it was problem free. I never had those leaks or rattles. But i know some Fl's do leak i drove two separate 08's that leaked its a random thing. I loved my Fl although i recently purchased a KW 680. I highly recommend the Fl Pretty reliable and awesome dealer network the detroit engine is the best in the industry as far as im concerned but the interior is blah and thats a deal killer for me. I gotta live in that thing at times and i need to be comfortable with the interior setup
