A lease is a stepping stone to being a full owner. You get your feet wet on what it cost to run and maintain a truck but still have a little safety net.

 

The best part of lease agreements in the trucking industry. To my knowledge, no other business has such a deal. Lease a POV? It's for a set time and amount...and you do the maintenance plus pay for over-mileage. Lease an apartment or, if you're a non-trucking business, want to lease equipment or a facility? Same thing. There's no "try it for a year and walk away" provision.
