They must be doing a lot of those ... lately I've been seeing 1 or 2 a day ...

Not saying their deal is good or bad ... But everyone's FSC has been sliding back. Average price of fuel is down to $3.65 ... I haven't paid over $3.41 in a month and paid $3.19 yesterday and $3.14 today.

okay so your truck looks cool but your wife hates you because of your empty wallet.

    Lonestar....

more like you'll be ALONE when your wife leaves doing doing this lease.

and your wallet will be feeling pretty LONELY being it'll be empty.

I leased a truck from trans am. I finished my lease last February. I own truck now. The pay is not much from most company's that are "starter company's" , but they do help someone with credit problems, or someone with little knowledge about load boards brokers etc. I did good on mine and trans am lease is legit as I did it. But as for a lot of things one must blossom and move on to more challenging things.
    I have 4 years exp.

That bigrigtalk guy on Youtube said after all expenses/deductions etc. he came away with making 64cpm with his lease/purchase through Celadon. Obvious that's a dynamic number and won't always be that good ,but that goes to show it can be done if you're smart about it. (a little luck never hurts either)

Well BigRigTalk obviously is a LYING recruiter...

    it's pretty simple...

Celadon lease pay... has shown here is a total of $1.29

    Right okay next...

Lets say "BigRigtalk" gets .64 CPM

now you're left with .65 CPM

    uh oh what about fuel!?!

Here's a source from "An Analysis of the Operational Costs of Trucking: A 2013 Update"

    http://truckexec.typepad.com/files/atri-operational-costs-of-trucking-2013-final.pdf

fuel cost listed there is 0.64 CPM in 2012

so that now leaves you with .01 CPM

To pay for fleasing a $150,000 truck
    insurance
    TRUCK and Cargo insurance
    taxes
    tires
    maintenance
    tolls
we can go on and on here

    So in conclusion BigRigTalk

    Is actually BIG LIAR TALK!

most any company will lease you a truck with no credit check and nothing down then pay you some garbage flat rate per mile.

While you were leasing did you at least net 50k +? I hope you did or else you really got bent over.

Some places like Prime and Schnieder drivers there pay off a truck and earn $70k+ if they know what they're doing and not lazy. The main reason is they get paid on % and not per mile.

Having bad credit seems to be the usual with fleece purchase drivers... People that already have issues with money shouldnt be in the market to fleece a truck...

it's been easy to get good credit, just pay credit cards on time and pay them off.
at least it's worked for me..

I did notice when I raked up a 60% balance my credit cards my score dropped about 100 points.
