Lease payment .25 CPM plus tax.
Maintenance escrow .05 CPM
Term 360,000 miles with $70,000 buyout option at the end.
Truck is brand new Lone Star.
Am I crazy for thinking I should be able to buy this out no problem assuming I average 2500 miles a week in 3 years, at which point the lease should end?
I have no more than $15,000 in personal expenses annually. I mean, even after fuel and paying taxes, I should be looking good..
is there something I'm overseeing? assuming I do in fact
average 2500/weekly within a frame of 3 years. also keep in mind only personal expenses are satellite fee, heavy vehicle tax and accident deductible is up to 5k.

Looks like the L/P plans arent much diff. up N. than in lower 48?? If you can live off what is left after fuel, insur, taxes you will do OK.

Check out Jerry Ott. He ran for Celadon Canada as a company guy and is now leasing a t680 from them. He's been around a while. His Facebook page is his name and on YouTube he has two channels, One is Molly and ME where he does daily vlogs about that day, leasing, and driving with a dog. Then he has Bigrig talk, where he gives useful info. On one of the two, or both, I think its BigRig Talk, he discussed numbers and why he chose it. The other he gives info. Just look back through his videos. He just recently started the lease, like two months ago. Check out these pages.
