I dont understand all the haters of leases. I just finished a 5 years lease purchase with Jim Palmer $2500 payoff truck is mine. Also got a $10,000 longevity bonus, I made real good money their on average my cut was $1900 a week after trk costs. So for all the lease complainers it is lagit.
popcorn169 Thanks this. -
thats good . how long you stay out there on the road? and im pretty sure you do 48 state but thats good tho.
-
is jim palmer a small company ?
-
I'm out 3 to 4 weeks home for 4 days, We haul Prime transportation freight, I run west of the Mississippi. You can get a 2015 cascadia o/o specs. check them out its a good deal,
. -
i will check them out.. you think there out of NY or MASS? where they mostly deliver to ?
-
Prime freight does run 48, Like I said I run west I dont know about east coast. Give them a call. Its not like all these haters say it is. Work hard and there is money to be made, you not going to make it thinking you going to be home every week.
-
thats true.. thanks. ima call them Monday.

Get as much information about as many lease companies as you can. Don't restrict your search to TTR; there are too many lease-haters here. If a company won't let you review a blank contract, be suspicious. Be honest with your own abilities; it doesn't matter what you family did in trucking. This is your small business that involves driving a truck, not a truck driving job, so if you're business savvy is weak, getting some help will help mitigate the negatives. Check out the Small Business Administration and SCORE in your area.
And remember, this is life. The only guarantee you have is death. Everything else comes from what you put in. So go for it and enjoy the experience!Fire-Man Thanks this. -
