    the vast majority of lease purchases are for the benefit of the carrier and are a ripoff ...period .

    With a walkaway lease, you can return the equipment at any time and walk away with your life intact. In a fixed lease, you are liable for the amount of the lease just like any other installment contract, no walking away clean until the lease is completed.

    actually, it'll probably go on your credit for 7 years, after which it disappears. end of story. minus whoever may try to collect from you after the statute of limitations has expired. to which, they can't do anything anyways.

    but i guess there's always the possibility of wage garnishment.

    I think i will stay company driver or later buy my truck instead of leasing ....also having to pay every week must be painfull..
    i prefer monthly payments
