Will you talk about bit about the process you went through to go from SNBC to QC L/P driver for Morrow? I mean, stuff like you applied for, and got accepted to QC. On the application, you listed Morrow as the terminal you wanted to work out of. At what point did you do a credit application to so QC could enroll you in their L/P program? Once accepted into the L/P program, did you go to any place of your choosing to pick out your 2 year old truck or did you have to go to a location specified by QC?
I want to say I read somewhere on here, either a post from you or someone else, the poster had to go to Tampa to pick out a truck. Do I remember that correctly?
You said you went to Morrow to sign the contract. This is a bit confusing to me. From what I have gathered in the past, initially everything goes through Tampa. You can't talk to the local affiliate as they will simply refer you to Tampa. You end up calling recruiting, filling out an application that gets approved or rejected by Tampa. If you app gets approved, you can then begin conversations with the affiliate of your choice?
Regarding the training in Charlotte, that is for Tampa (Corporate) and then your affiliate sends you to, in your case, New Orleans, for affiliate-related training?
When you are in training, do you have your truck with you in either Charlotte or NOLA or are those training sessions done on QC or affiliate equipment?
I know, it's a lot of questions and I hope what I'm asking makes sense. There appears to be a lot of steps involved. -
88 Alpha Thanks this.
