One of my friends went to the truck stop and met a guy and asked him if he was making any money and the guy told him he's a lease operator and showed him his statements and his average was 2200 dollars a week making 70% off a load wanted to know if there is anyone out there that can verify this cause that's ok money to me and good enough for me to begin my journey to my first lease .

the figure means nothing without the details
2200 gross?
after truck payment?
after price of fuel?
most leases require so much /week escrow in a breakdown fund
etc etc
with transam bu the time the details were all done
a lease driver pays almost 1400/weekkirk Thanks this. -
If being paid by percentage tickles your fancy I heard farm2fleet.com pays 80%.

add up your monthly payments, insurance and license cost, multiply it time 4 and you need to make that much each month to make it, this is an old rule of thumb,,if you have a real cheap payment you will need more depending on how much fuel you use and if you run toll roads
