depends on the terms of the lease and if you damaged the truck, or abandoned it some place, for that matter a whole host of things, depends if the company wants to hold you to and come after

if you want to look at a very straight forward lease with open and direct terms, no balloon payments at the end, no variable rates, and you own your truck on the last payment..
look into Lone Mountain Trucks .. I have a deal in the works with them, though for "NEW" it's expensive it's the most straight up company I've found..

But is it a walk away lease .also compare prices to market you will find they are 10,000.00 above market value. And you havent figired in Interest yet. If you get a cummins make sure you get warranty on turbo they all was go out 5 600,000. also take valve cover off check cams for wear. my cummins has 662,000 cam was worn and i dont idle my truck i have a tri pac . cost of repairs for cam 5119.64 out the door for a intake exhaust cam. Injector cam add another 1200.00 plus labor.

I dealt with lone mountain and it's not walk away. lone mountain is a predatory company that take drivers who have issues getting a truck. Read reviews about them on www.ripoffreport.com

I only see three bad reviews. I've seen far more good reviews than bad for Lone Mountian.
