I have not been driving long and am relatively content. I have a remarkably disciplined and small dog that accompanies me at all times. I am also fairly good at keeping myself entertained. Nonetheless, this lifestyle provides plenty of solitude...maybe more than I need.
Actually, when this whole thing started it was never meant to be a solo endeavor. My finally forgotten ex-boyfriend is still dealing cars somewhere and with a little determination, I was catapulted to the present moment where I will pleasantly rest my head in the belly of a semi who I've decided to call 'Grace' (somewhere in Washington).
I am under forty (by a few), fit and healthy, I don't smoke or drink or eat fast food...etc. I still need to get my hands and feet done every couple of weeks (I obviously don't wear acrylics, that would be...more difficult than it's ever been worth to me). I do not need to wear make up everyday. A good shower every 36 hours is about as far as I can push it with the great baby wipe invention. I straighten up and make the bed right along with my pre trip.
My primary interest is being happy! Things that help:
It's nice when others feel good too! I like yoga. Outdoors. Music (Alternative, electronic, jazz, punk, classical, folk, etc.), Reading, Film, I kind of can't stand tv but Netflix is good...I don't know a lot!!!!
I think ultimately I don't want to drive solo indefinitely. The truth of the matter for me is that if I'm going to spend that much time in that close of proximity to someone, it's going to be intimate! I mean I just don't get how else you make up for driving each other crazy.
Suffice it to say, I'm in no hurry. Furthermore, this may be totally impractical but I'm looking for the "ideal" person to team with. Otherwise, I'll simply stay solo.
Someone no older than forty-five, active, motivated, positive, doesn't mind weeks out. Doesn't have a girlfriend or a wife. Is general interesting and can hold a conversation...but can also be quiet.
Maybe this isn't the place for this. Maybe no where is. It might just be another one if those things where you have to throw your hands up!

Are you looking for someone to join you in your truck or would you get into another truck?
I have a driver who is looking for a co-driver, but he is based out of Ohio. I see you say you are somewhere in Washington, but I don't know if you live there or are just driving through. If you are willing to relocate he might be a good match for you. -

Hi Broccelli,
I too am looking for a co-driver from Va. Still have someone in mind in case your buddy didn't work out for Fenix. I would like to find a guy that keeps himself tidy and clean, non smoker experienced and keeps the truck clean and will share the responsibilities.
I like country and classic rock.
If it is a good match I would be open for a relationship. Not willing to be involved with anyone that has girlfriend or wife at home.
I have 10 years of experience and I am checking out a new company in NC.
Thanks for your help in advance. My email: blewis1402@gmail.com -
