Not sure if required but they may want you to flip one over. Sure see lots of them that way-especially in winter. Have no idea. But just relax and drive. Thorough pretrip and you'll be fine.

If he can flip one in the summer, he'll be perfect for winter time Great Lakes region driving!

Hook to a set and drive around the block. That's what I did.

Yup, or help you hook a set. But you'll drive it around probably the yard first then on the street. I did it never driving a set of doubles. Drove it on the street. He'll instruct you let you know how it'll handles and turn. Just drive it like your pulling your 53" the back trailer will follow. No sweat. If you can drive the 53" this will be cake.

Hooking up to doubles is the same as any trailer. They are a little wobbly when empty but turn easier than a 53' trailer. They have a break in the middle so you don't need to swing as wide with doubles. Take your turns 5 mph slower than normal and make no sudden jerky movements with the wheel while changing lanes , to avoid the crack the whip effect. Lastly, don't panic. There's nothing to it.

OPUS 7 and PALOU Thank this.
