Anyone work the USXpress local Wal Mart account in New Caney TX?

I'll put it this way...most of the runs out of new Caney are in the Houston area stores...there's some over to Crowley la and up to Mansfield la...I doubt it...I used to run that acct for Greatwide and never hit $1000/wk..

 

Reefer loads were all live unloads with up to 3 deliveries and 1pu on backhaul...dry groceries were drop & hook and if those had multiple stops the final would be drop and hook..

most at of the stores were horrible in getting unloaded in timely fashion...sometimes you would have to chase mgt around to get a crew to the docks.

 

These dedicateds are constantly advertised.
Makes you wonder why.
Pay? Hours?

Just because you're in your own bed doesn't mean you won't be running ragged.
