I recently purchased a'13 pinnacle w/60" sleeper. It is a midrise and a 215" wb. It does have the extra top wind deflector on right now. This truck rides like a dream compared to the daycab century I was using. I was wondering if there was a way to stiffen up the cab suspension just a little to help take out some the floaty side to side rocking motion I get from time to time when in stiff winds or really rough roads. My century never had this floaty feel but then again you felt every bump in the road which gets old quick. Thanks.

Id check everything under the cab for tightness. The torsion bar cab shocks and id check the air bags for correct height.but you are right they got lottsa side to side action! Lol

The 2012 Pinnacle I used to drive was terrible in cross winds or when some jack wagon super trucker would cut in too close after passing, like a car length... Darn thing wobbled like crazy. Other than that I did really like that truck. So much so that I'm seriously considering one if I make the leap to owner op.

The Cab/Sleeper Motion Controls check the side-to-side rocking of the sleeper
and the bouncing at the back of the sleeper. How does this help you? You will not
have to fight the steering wheel to keep the truck straight in cross winds. Your
co-driver will be able to sleep better and not have “to hang onto the edge of the
bunk” to keep from falling out. Your belongings will “stay put” in the bunk.
It’s even easier to cook while rolling down the highway. As one customer
with a big condo said, “my eggs stayed right in the frying pan!” You’d be
surprised how much of the movement you feel at the steering wheel comes
from the excess movement of your sleeper. The Cab/Sleeper Motion Controls
can take most of that motion out. Cab/Sleeper Motion Controls install in the air
line directly below the air spring. They never need replacing and are self-regulating.
They are calibrated at the factory but different control levels are available.
