    actuator motor
    has been disabled

    Possible Cause:
    VGT actuator motor effort is
    temporarily limited to prevent
    overheating
    Restrictions detected when running
    learn sequence
    VGT actuator is slow to follow
    commands
    VGT actuator position is not tracking
    command
