This is the truck I'm thinking about buying. can anyone tell me is the AC 427 the same motor as the E7. and anything about the non idle climate control. Good or bad all is helpful. And dose the price seem high? At 39950 the dealer has agreed to add a roof fairing and dump the caps and put on new virgins.

No dawg..it's not...it's the next version and it's a little better and a little worse. Good looking dawg but a little rich on the price ( for Houston ). I can duplicate for low 30's here.

Crank that gal cold and give me the oil pressure then let it run for an hour or so ( full temp / take it for a ride etc ) and give it to me again hot. He have any original repair orders from Mack? Take the vin over to Mack service and check the records too...... assuming your in love with the gal....

I like the looks of it but I'm just trying to find something reliable. I though it was a little steep in price. I'll run the vin at mack and see whats up. thanks for the info.

The money would be there if she had a 13 and under 500k and really be there if she was a pure bred instead of a half breed........run the vin at Mack...she may have a new engine .

    Good luck

well the salesman called today and drop the price to 36000. I ran the vin and found no big problems also reviewed the service records they look good too. My problem is I could afford to buy a 08, 09, and maybe an 2010 but they all have the re gens I can't afford a 2011 or newer. and I really don't want to fly around the country to save a 1000 or 2. I thank I may give up on a mack for now. thanks for the advice
