Glad things worked out. Like I say you can eat it I will not haul it. If you need a passport I'll just pass.
Have a great weekend, drive safe and enjoy the ride

I have enjoyed reading your posts. We will be starting our own HH thread in a few weeks with Combined up in OR. Husband will be pulling a 9 axle RGN with them...I will be posting lots of pics too.
Keep posting...it never gets old to me...I love looking at pics of HH loads.
I could tell you some stories that would make your hair stand on end...when Bo was driving for a small HH company out of GA...it was a nightmare...illegal permits and all...just a nightmare!! Got away from him quick too...
The pics you take could be very useful one day. I kept pics of all Bo's oversize stuff he hauled and some of the tarped loads from Hell on the flatbed and they came in very handy for sure.

Thanks...about all I can think of to say right now is that I'm ready to go home for a few days, LOL.
I've been OTR since Jan. 3rd, but it was my choice...not because they made me. I am scheduled to be home on the 14th...gonna take 4 days off and then back at it until about my birthday (May 10)...I'm on a mission to get out of debt this year...2 months in, my plan seems to be working...by the time deer season rolls back around I won't owe one red cent to anybody (yes, I'm proud of that)...gonna be a long year but you know what they say about a hard days (years) work...all you can do is roll up your sleeves and git'r'done.
I could have went home this week...I was scheduled to get there today but I changed it at the last minute because I found out 3 of us were off this coming week and I saw a chance to make some $$$...so, here I sit in Wilson, WI on my way to Aberdeen, SD (loaded in Baltimore). I wasted a day and half in Baltimore, due to a mix up over my truck license number it took that long for me to get registered on that E-Modal crap at the port. Its not all bad though...I will still end this week with at least 2,200 miles (maybe more, depends on when my next load delivers). If I get a good weekend load and a little luck...next week should be a pretty darn good week.
I'm kinda tired, and on my way to the sleeper...drove 650 miles today...330 more to go in the morning, starting at 0300....good night.Last edited by Ridgerunner665; 02.29.2012 at 09.56 PM.

Well...home gets postponed again.
Was all set for the 14th, then another guys truck breaks down...and I'm heading for Laredo (via MS and AL...3 stop load).
Do you know the only good thing about Laredo, TX?
Its a long ways down there (good miles) $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I will get to spend tomorrow night at home and have set up my next home request for my sons birthday (March 25th...he'll be 5)...maybe this one will work out, LOL.

In other news...I broke down and got me another XM radio last night. After 3 years of listening to nothing but the truck, I'm glad I did...I didn't realize how much I missed the XM.

Love the XM. I don't think I could truck without it. Love listening to the truck shows for the information and all the drivers whining. And love classic rewind. Hope all your plans work out for you Ridge runner. I know my happiest days in life were with my sons were born and when I became debt-free and everything payed off.
In joy your time off drive safe and enjoy the ride
