Well said. However, I think really it doesn't matter which division you choose, they're all good. They all have their pros and cons. Its like a pair of shoes, ya gotta find what fits and what you like.

OK then. Well, I didn't make it as far as I wanted to today, thanks to a road repair on the trailer. It had a bad tire on the left front inside dual. I heard air leaking when I was doing my load check. Found the source to be the tirehad lost the tread belt. So I sent in the breakdown macro. Its all good. Maverick took good care of me. I will say that I am very disappointed in the drivers of this company. 3 of the last 4 trailers I've had needed work done. You know the prior drivers knew that. I just hope that karma works like its supposed to.
Kutina Thanks this. -
If you're talking about the wait for a trainer, you're right there... Last I heard we only had 8 or 9 TCD trainers so there will probably be waiting involved.
Either way, good luck, and feel free to use me as a reference if you don't have one yetBDJ Thanks this. -
If you are hired and waiting for a trainer do you still get the weekly pay?

If you have gone thru the orientation, then yes.

welcome to the maverick trailer repair team. And hopefully the new trailer macro will help out a lot.Evil_E Thanks this. -
Alright Sewer man, I'm glad you mentioned that macro. I think different divisions have access to different macros. I don't have a trailer repair macro. Help me out with this please. I've read Sarge and the guys talking about it. If I can do it, I'd send a macro every time I needed to.

OK. Well nothing too exciting to post today. I arrived way early for my load. I sent in an eta update macro. The CSR couldn't change my appointment time. I showed up early, they off loaded me early. I sent in my favorite macro(empty) and got a deadhead to DeWitt, Ia. Its only 257 miles. This won't be another good paying week. 1 load a week is not good. I swear I think they save the good loads for thetrainers.
Kutina Thanks this. -
I don't know about saving the good loads for the trainers. This week was my first with a trainer and it was slow. We left Madison Monday morning 0500 and delivered in Irving,TX 0600 Tuesday(on time) sent in empty call at 0800 with a fresh clock. Got DH to Wichita Falls at 0900, arrived at 1130 and didn't get a load until 1400...on Wednesday. Going to Ontario, 1300 pd miles with a Monday 1300 delivery time. We had to t-call it in Madison because I'm still waiting on my passport so I'm at the house and it looks like we wont get back on the road until Monday due to the holiday. It is what it is.

OK. Thank you. That's good to know, and helps me feel better.
