Well guys, I've threatened it and put it off about as long as I dare. So, I'm officially starting my own thread of the life and times of Blind Dog Truckin... not really lol
Any who, special thanks to ALL the Maverick drivers that have supported me, even before I joined the Maverick Way.
Like Jim said, "I am proud to be here." This place is so different than my experience with the "black and chrome" outfit.
I came to Maverick for many reasons, I came to glass also for many reasons. I am proud of my accomplishments here, as I believe I can call Maverick "home."
I've been assigned my very own maroon truck. Its nice. Very nice.
Unit #13298. As soon as I got placed on the board, BOOM, w/a. Load from Laurinburg to Granada,Ms. Nice run. I sent my empty message and BOOM! yup, another w/a. Dead headed to Witchita Falls Tx, delivering in Tampa, Fl.
The point to this is....its all good here. I would like to welcome any and all posters on this thread. All Maverick drivers are, of course, welcome to hang out here. I also wish to invite any potential drivers, or anybody interested in glass to come and hang out.
I only have 1 rule, be nice or go away.
Haulin Glass!

Well, here I sit in Nocona, Tx. I ran out of drive time today. That's OK though,I have plenty of time to get where I'm going. I ate dinner tonight at a Mexican restaurant, here in Texas. I gotta say, I'm not impressed. I've had ALOT better in western N.C.
It started out cold this morning. 33 degrees with a frost. It turned hot later, 78. Now the suns gone down and so has the temp. I'm sitting here with the windows open, and plan on closing them shortly. Burrr!
I drove right past the Nocona boot factory. I was sad to see that it was closed. Looked like out of business? I'll take some pics tomorrow when I get a DGL trailer. Be safe guys. Stay in the "right" lane.
