Maverick WIves!

Thanks to the Maverick Transportation LLC Facebook page mentioning my wifes "Maverick Wives" facebook page today, she added 44 members to her page today!!! My wife got a phone call Friday from Maverick and they are going to include the link and info to the Maverick Wives page in new hire orientation as well.

Just further proof at how awesome this company is. How many other companies out there would give a #### about anything their employees were doing on FB? But the people here are smart, they see how helpful a group like that can be for support for those new trucker wives that find it hard to deal with their husbands being gone and such. It's a hard life to adjust to.

Kudos to Maverick for jumping in and trying to make things just a little better for the families of their valued drivers.

My wife "Sweet Cheeks" is the same way.

 

LOL! Yeah my wife told the people handling her class reunion years ago that she "was her sister" and that She had passed away, so they wouldn't have any trace of her! HAHAHA!

 

Hey, this is exhawkeye's wife. I'd like to thank all the ladies for joining my Maverick Wives page. This page has been blowing up with requests to join. I am watching the Maverick family spread across the US. And thank you Maverick men for spreading the word to your wives and girlfriends about the page. I appreciate your support. We love our Maverick fella's. Thank you for working so hard!

 

My wife is on there all the time now. She's like "shut up, I'm talking to the Maverick wives".

 

FYI...

Curt V. was addressing the Friday securement class and talked about "Maverick Wives" suggesting that it was a great place to go with questions from the family regarding the OTR life. He made abig deal about the fact that it was independent from the company while at the same time being proud of it as a great example of "the Maverick Way". You'd have been proud.
