    It seems like they are going this way more worried about all these rules with PFP and the like. They no longer have common sense to do the right thing

    I recommend that you take this another notch up the totem pole...just doesn't sound like Maverick policy to me...but I have been out of the flatbed division for 3-4 years now, and I don't keep up with the changes much.

    PFP is pay for performance like a grand card with allot of categories some u can control some u can't. If you get a good enough grade u can get up to 6 cents more per mile

    It seems so much like that guy on the commercial with the dollar on the hook yanking it away every time u think u might get it

    I agree with Ridgerunner....take it up a notch. I know there are times that the fm and csr can not change the appointment....but having said that, I have never had happen to me what you are describing.

    Supposedly they already talked to everyone and it is a no They say I am loaded till Monday so they don't have to pay me anything and the appointment is now Monday so no detention. I loaded wensday 1100 can't drop till Monday no home time was supposed to drop Friday got there csr at maverick did not made appointment like they were supposed to so earliest was Monday noon. To truck stop more out of route driving with no pay to sitt three night two and a half days no pay. U know when I empty after luck I will be sitting till Tuesday to load Maverick should make it right but not so far. Not the company they used to be.
