Heading to Orientation July 6th!

BoobieMiles, definitely talk to your recruiter. A lot of us haven't been through orientation in years and things have changed. I'll be at the same orientation class as you. My name is Jeremy. I'm a rehire and will only be there for the first week but will answer any questions you may have. I've only been gone for 4 months.

 

I have been tlkin to my recruiters lately n I am packed n ready to roll saturday....do yall kno if da maverick hotel hve a tv n fridge in da room? N how long are the days 8hrs or 11hour days?

 

The Maverick hotel has a "lounge" in it with a tv. The rooms do not have them. The rooms do have a micro fridge in them for both occupants to share. The days vary.

 

How is the lunch der? N how often do dey travel to walmart for sumthin to eat? N I guess ders no entertain such as wifi cuz dey need u focused

 

Lunch is pizza or subway. There is wifi, it is not the best but it works. They have vans that can be checked out and taken to eat and to Walmart in the evenings, they want you to go in groups if possible to keep people from waitio g on the vans, and to keep from making 13 trips to Walmart.

Yeah, there is a Walmart, Chinese buffet and a Loves, Petro and Pilot nearby. Plenty of food options. I'll be staying offsite but if you need to go anywhere and the van isn't available, lemme know. I'll have my car.
