I didn't think you guys ran that far out west. Are you in southeastern Kansas? My wifes family lives in that area. What are some industries that Maverick deliveres to?

Look at it this way. You go to a school and pay 3- 5 grand or have mav pay for it and agree to work for them for 6 months to pay for it. We are talking a top shelf company. AVG over $52.500 your 1st year and home most week ends. Nice equipment with all the safety features you could ask for. Eaton vorad, lane departure warning, stability control, etc. Some companies that offer this training will throw you in a junk truck running teams and you will make about $30.000 if you are the lead driver and seldom see home. (CRST) Now do you see why there is a waiting list?:biggrin_25520:

That is up to you. If you can wait that long I would say go for it. If you can get your CDL on your own they will train you. You do not need a CDL school. They will still train you if you have a CDL. Just to give you an idea on how good their pay is (paid weekly)last week I took home after everything came out of my check $1156.00 I do not always do that well, avg about 700- 900 Plus we get our fuel bonus the week of the 15th (every quarter) and that will be between 200-1200 bucks.

Wow! Well its quite awhile to wait. But if I can get my class A by myself I could get down there and get to driving a lot sooner.
