I was told there's a part of the agility test that involves a 5' box. How true is this? Have people not been able to do this part and if so, what happens? Is it only for flat bed truckers or everyone? What happens if you're there for TCD. Sorry for all the questions.

There are 2 boxes you have to lift in agility test. One is 60 pounds I think and you have to lift it over your head. It has handles on it to help. The other box is 120 pounds I believe and just has to be lifted off the ground to basically your chest level. Everyone has to do this, even if you are TCD. That part makes no sense to me but it is the case. One lady in my class, who was wanting to go TCD, was unable to lift one of the boxes and was sent home. Also, they will tell you the proper way of lifting and will look to make sure you do that. Have a respectful attitude with the folks doing the agility test as they can and wilk send you home if you cop an attitude with them.

I should have specified a box you need to climb on that's about 5' high. Thank you for your response.

Sorry, yes there is a box you have to climb on. Not sure of the height, probably is about 5 feet. It is not that hard. There are 2 rolled up tarps available that are set up on horizontal and another vertical on top of the other one that you can use sort of as a step. Everyone in my group passed that part with no problem.
