how do you know your idle %... I don't have tv or gaming system in my truck, just my fridge, microwave and laptop. I usually try to use the microwave as soon as I stop for the night as soon at I park so that the truck is still on so I don't have to turn it on later, but usually before bed I turn the truck on for like 20 minutes. my laptop I usually leave plugged in while Im driving so it charges and the battery usually lasts long enough for my evening.

You couldnt pay me enough to work for may. My point is your adults, and your human you shouldnt have to call and ask if you can idle. I almost never idle but where and when i want to or need to i do no questions askked. In the winter im fine to a point but in the summer i aint sweating in my truck im a fb'er i do enough of that outside so since i have no apu truck will run as much as i need it to when hot.....

Glad to see they kicked the % up some. It was 30% when I was there.

And get used to those people on here that know EVERYTHING. There E-##### gets large dependant on wether they drive a Pete and haul a flatbed and have a flashy username. Meet these ppl in person and every word that comes out of their mouth is "I heard"

On a side note. I think it speaks volumes about a company that provides APUs . I can get ice cold when its blistering hot and vica versa. The power inverter is amazing. Can run anything at anytime

Well, do you question there IQ in person?
Do you tell them they need to be adults?
In other words you do seem to have a large e-#####.
Maybe you are a pleasant guy in person but you need to learn some e- manners. jmho

I don't pay a nickel for over-idle @ May. If it's hot, I just track my usage and send it in to my DM every day...no biggie. I don't have "to request" anything.

I had an APU at another company I worked for, they weren't all that. It broke down all the time and I just ended up idling when I needed to, once again, no big deal.

What does sort of get me is these guys that idle all freaking night and outside temp is like 50/60 degrees. What's the point? Do the math, at $4 plus a gallon and an average of 1 gallon per hr idling, that adds up to some pretty serious cash.
