My 2 cents: May would save themselves a lot of money and hassle if they would communicate better.
Communication at the company is underwhelming; both from the company to drivers, but, more importantly, within the company. It's as though nobody there has ever worked anywhere else.

I don't work for May, haven't for over a year now. A driver Facilitator assist the driver to reach their potential through various resourceful means, including communicating with them
