Student driver training @ Melton

Starting with Melton as a student driver trainee on the 26th of September 2013 in Tulsa, Ok. I really don't give a crap about all the negative comments that are posted. You can not even find one company where everyone has something nice to say. Everyone has there own opinion but the only one I follow is mine. I will keep everyone posted in the months to come during my employment with them. Every job on this planet has it's ups and downs. So far Melton can talk the talk. From all the research I have done on companies like Melton, Werner, Swift, Stevens, CRST, etc. Melton has come out on top. Remember this is my opinion. Look for my posts starting with the 4 day orientation.

What negative comments ? Your not talking about their factual stuff that is not good are you? I have only seen drivers on here talking aboUt stuff that happened to them.

 

Man, I don't think your looking in the right place. There is a ton of negative #### on here about melton. Their pay, management, trucks, the list goes on. I'm not gonna copy and paste. Anyway, I'm starting next week. I'm happy to be excepted by the company!

 

I havent seen any of this... management is good, trucks are fantastic, and for the pay... show me a company that pays drivers more for the same experience. I bet you cant. Not everything on the internet is true.

 

I totally agree with you! I'm not believing any of it. I have just come across quite a few posts and they are not nice thing said about the company. I have done a lot of research and I feel like I have made a great decision going to work for the company. I'm looking forward to a great career with them. Thanks for the comment. It feels great reading awesome posts on a company you are about to go to work for!
