So Melton has a bunch of hiring ads up around the Chicago area on all the job boards.

However, when I look online, the nearest terminals are Tulsa and eastern Ohio.

So would I have to drive all the way there in my personal vehicle?

You'd have to get to a terminal for orientation. They'll pay for a bus ticket or reimburse you for gas. But once that's done, you just have to find a place to park the truck for home time near where you live and that's as far as you have to drive.

Right now I'm out in the suburbs, but for cost-of-living reasons, I'm going to be moving to the city in a couple of months. You can't exactly park a Kenworth in the middle of the North Side. Are there lots where they let you park your truck?

Greyhound for orientation. I'm sitting in Gary right now cause we have been running freight to Minnesota from us steel all week. Home time you'll have no problem getting home if in Chicago I live about 2 hours from Atlanta and always drop load there and deadhead home.

So how much would, say, 48 hours of parking cost?
