    Hey

I wanted to ask whether or not you are allowed to have alcohol (beer) in your hotel room and/or go to the hotel bar during orientation at Melton?

I understand you can't have alcohol in your system during the actual classes or in the trucks but what about after?

Reason I ask is I heard other companies will fire you from orientation if you have alcohol in your room or get caught in the bar.

    Thank you all

Quite sure they want absolutely no alcohol in your room or you consuming any alcohol while in orientation.

That's exactly what I think too, thank you for the answers. What do you do if your roommate brings alcohol into your room?

    Thank you

a couple guys drank during after hours when back at the hotel when i was in orientation.
during the weekend when everyone was waiting for trainers they let everyone go wherever they wanted, gave us a van to use for the weekend.
just dont park the van in front of a stripper bar we were told haha

the weekend after orientation was a special circumstance, melton was having a party for their million milers, at a casino/bar type place...we were told trainers wouldnt be ready til sunday/monday so i think that may be why they were more lenient.

im pretty sure after orientation you arent supposed to though. they are paying for the hotel and etc so they consider you 'on duty'
