    hey im pretty sure most companies want a 160 hour type course. not sure about melton on this but ive seen a few threads on these forums about others getting denied this way or wanting to take a refresher course

    yea, i may have to start at swift or another bottom feeder company *gulp* and get experience before I go to a better company swift don't care who the heck they hire

    I have another question. Does Melton make you Chain Up and drive on snow?

    They claim a no chain policy but most the long time been here guys said they never have and too be honest I wouldn't have a clue how to do it.

    Ok thank you! Well since winter is coming soon and i graduate on Oct so thats why i was asking since most states end up having snow.

    Been lucky, all the chain areas I went thru last winter were either well plowed or nothing bad.

    yea no chain, we just carry them for law purposes

    mine have rust all over them. was told if its bad enough to need them, then you dont need to drive

    Apparently I was told there's a tool needed by a trainer I ran with once and we searched my truck and I don't have it any way.

    Oh what fleet y'all in, I'm in 29 and Angie is awesome. She actually let's us do our job and always helpful.
