I'm thinking of going to melton

    Hi bud i drive for melton now and beleave me you dont want to drive for melton truck lines they have no miles and i dont turn down loads i started here nov.3 2008 my avg. is 1100 miles a week And they make you run by the book if they catch you not running by the book you will be suspended for 5 working days by Safty i am now looking for a better place just last week only got 852 miles in sit 7 days on 852 mile run so best of luck to you but as i see it right now Melton Truck Lines is not the place to work and i know if you ask other drivers they will tell you the truth just like i just did

    I guess the freight they book must not be going to hot right now. Im sure it would pick up sooner or later. If this stimulus ever passes there will be a but ton of construction going on im sure that would help out flatbed freight.
