all the good dm's at melton are going to arrow

well let's see what info this will bring, recently in the last month 4 dm's have left for another flatbed co. somewhere in tulsa might wake up and relize that there is going to be no one to dispatch trucks. so many drivers in this company are waiting for that phone call to start another job. could this be the beginning of the end or will the big cheese wake to see the inside personel is not so great. can anyone give any intelligent feedback on this situation, or is the head cheese that blinded by his people. this ought to be good
