We ALWAYS printed out fuel receipts when I was with my trainer. As far as I know you are supposed to. This is the first I've heard about guys not turnin in their receipts.

    What is the company policy?
Company policy is to turn in all receipts and two copies of fuel receipts.

    Excerpt from the handbook:

"You are required to obtain and turn in two copies of the fuel tickets. They must show unit number and driver signature."

thanks lb i got the reciepts. shows past 30 days. when i tried earlier i was just swiping for the regular fuel reciept. and yes i was taught to get two reciepts. do you guys that dont get them write the fuel amount on your envelopes? can you remember that long. i would think they need the info for a bunch of reasons like what kinda fuel mileage you are getting, how much fuel you are using when you idle. how much money the load is costing millis in fuel etc...
