Day 7 has come to an end (as far as training goes). Spent the whole day on the range. Lots of fun with some excitement on my part. I'm doing a whole lot better on blindside parallel parking and driver side is even better than blindside. Also got to practice on driver side alley docking. I like this one. Hit it 3 times without pull ups and once with a pull up. Looks like we will have more range time tomorrow and then I think we get our first driving test. So far this whole experience has been great.

We had some visitors today. Bear stopped back in before he left for his home time and Curtis stopped by. Thanks Baritone for getting Curtis to stop by. Curtis is a trip and has a great sense of humor. Curtis and two other guys (his size) were sitting around the table in the drivers room and I told them I was in training to get as big as them so I could sit with them at the table. I haven't met anyone from Millis that wasn't friendly and everyone has great attitudes. The more I see here, the more I know I made the right choice.

Gtown the more I read your posts the more I'm glad I picked millis also, and the more I read your posts the more I want it to be Oct.17th. Congrats on the parking and good luck on your tests.

Gtown, there's a possibility I may be moving down your way. Looked at a house today down there off of exit 129. We really liked it.

LMAO - that was Kirk! I told him yesterday to find you and say hey! He is a hoot. But trust me - he got that big from eating too many HoHo's and chicken wings nothing more. LOL!

Love those guys like brothers so they know I am just messing with them!

Day 8.....Well this morning was so good for me and backing. It was like I had forgotten everything that I was doing right the day before. After lunch I pulled my head out of my #$%@ and got it done for the most part. Nailed both of the parallel parking exercises. So the second half of the day wasn't bad. Got a call from my driver trainer today. We hit it off pretty good. He is about my age and is serious about being safe and making money. He talks my language. If you haven't figured it out we were on the range the whole day doing the 4 backing exercises. With all the screw ups I still had a fun day. Plus it was chicken Wednesday. Until tomorrow!
