So why does the pay week for regional end on sunday if you only work 5 days? I see why it shortens otr drivers who take their 2 days home time if every 2 weeks.

I was told by some of the drivers its based on openings and it can happen right away. I guess you put that as your preference and when your far enough in road training they offer it if available. Somebody want to verify this?

Your welcome powder. I dont work for them so I dont know all the details. I can only repeat what I heard. I would ask a recruiter or a driver(s) that knows how it all works for sure.

Experienced can hire directly to regional. If you are otr you can switch over. Both scenarios require an opening in regional. Regional trucks tend to fill first.
