    Well...one hurdle down!! Passed my D.O.T. physical with a 2-year certification! While it may not seem like a big deal to some, when you get into the 50's age range and your warranty has ran out, it's a good feeling!! Next on deck: Passing the test for my CDL A Learner's permit. About a week away from the test! Hitting the book and practice tests daily.

    Hey Guys...Sad but true we face a changing work landscape now that we are the guys in their 50's...I'm trying to get on with Millis and have E-Mailed Raychel and filled out my Application so hopefully in a few days I'll know about availability and can get started soon...Good Luck

    Yeah it seems more and more mid 40's and 50's aged workers are getting canned and are now either over qualified or under educated or in my case due to a corporate merger found without a job...I'm lucky in a sense I was wanting to make a career change and had thought about going back to trade school but trucking is a better choice and fit for me. Glad we will have the luxury of not being discriminated against because of age.
