Hes from a small town in Virginia like me.

 

I was accepted and supposed to start Monday at MTI in cartersville, GA but was told today that I couldn't be accepted. After I spent all the money and time to get my permit and physical. And not only that knowing I have turned in my notice at where I'm currently working and trained my replacement. So what to do now is the question. After all they took my money and I ask for a refund through email cause no one will answer the phone. Feels like I've been cheated and lied too. If they don't make it right I'll hope JB HUNT will sue em for what little their worth for the accident that happened in atlanta and they will be forced to shut the doors. No offense to any of the drivers hope you all stay safe. That's the way I feel about them at this moment.

 

what was the reason they gave you?

 

They claimed it was my MVR. which they already looked up and accepted me when I turned in my application.

 

Heck my criminal background is what I was worried about. but all that was clean to them. I'm not sure what to do now just quit a $45,000 yr. job to try something that I thought of since I was a kid. And it folds in my face.

Start looking at other companies that have CDL schools and move forward. Millis isnt the only game in town. If this is something you want to do, then dont let this setback stop you. It could be a blessing in disguise.
