I've been with millis 4 years had some good and bad years. But this year takes the cake. My avg run is down to about 350 miles. Avg on the week is down. Even with a student im having trouble making miles. Maybe its time to move on. So many others have. Terminals are full of mt trucks. Idk i d hopef i could retire with millis. Please share your thoughts good or bad. Something has changed anyone know what? Ps not trying to bash or drag a happy driver down. Just wanna know whats up and if millis will snap out of it.
whats up with this great company?

I'm averaging 3000-3500 solo 4000-5000 training a week . The miles are there , question is are you keeping the left door closed, delivering all loads early or on time ? Talk to your dispatcher, display professionally your concerned about your miles. They will try to do better.

Got my start there , bailed after a few years , no miles to be had . They seem to just stay in their comfort zone . Beer and paper.....paper and beer

Glad they're running you good how long you been with millis? I ask bc everybody knows the lower on the pay scale you are the more miles you get. Maybe thats what millis wants rookies and students. Btw i bust my hump in this truck when my dispatch throws them to me. I have talked with my dispatch about milage. He says that customer service is doing the best they can. Also i l know dispatch isnt the problem. Hes the reason i havent left yet. Just a great person like so many at millis.

I've been here two years. I don't pay attention to nor believe that the lower pay scales are getting more miles. As I know plenty of trainers making almost .60 CPM while training that are getting the same miles as me or more. Their either giving them to you or not, customer service orders the freight, it's up to dispatch to give it to you. I barely speak to mine at all except for macros 1,3,12,15 and I'm preplanned nearly 90% of the time. Who do you have?

Left there last year, same reason no miles, I was regional @ 40 cpm before any mileage bonuses but hardly ever broke 2000 miles a week, more like 1800.
Seemed like as my pay increased my miles decreased.
I also believe the new guys and those who chose per diem are the ones running

I can see how miles would be inconsistent or lacking if you like to keep somewhat of a schedule.
Just my experience. -

I also see allot of mt trucks at terminal whether there is something going on well is,nt there always as far as miles I consistently get 3k plus every weeklast week was 3766 the week before was just over 3k and this week looks like around 3 have not added up my miles yet why one person gets more mile then another could be any number of reasons as for me I kust shut up and run whatever gets send to me whether it be 10 miles or 1500 miles I could care less but I also stay out 4-6 weeks at a time
