Accepted into MTI...Start in Trenton 09-22-2014

Well I went to the BMV first thing this morning and took the tests for general,air,combo,double/triples,tanker & hazardous.Passed all but the double/triples. D*** it all...... I thought the one I was going to have the most trouble with was the hazardous. It was the fourth test I took and knowing that I failed it had me feeling pretty bad and had trouble focusing on the next test UNTIL I heard one of the guys near me failed his general and couldn'nt do any more tests today and another failed 3 of his endorsements. Perked me back up and nailed the last 2 tests. I will go back tomorrow morn and nail that sucker on the 2nd round ( hopefully). I'll probably be more nervous tomorrow so I need to make sure I don't go into a major brain freeze..LoL

 

Had a very productive 4 hour morning. I went and knocked out the double/triples this morning so now all of my endorsements are completed. Went next door and picked up my cdl permit, then went across town to the site that does the finger printing for the FBI background check etc... for the hazardous. Now with only 2 1/2 wks left till classes start, its time to focus on making sure I have everything I need to take with me to class and with the trainer and start studying for my next tough challenge..."The dreaded pre trip". Oh yea, I also need to buy a new suit / shoes for my son's wedding which is 3 days after MTI classes are finished, then I can hit the road with my trainer for the long 5-8 weeks.

 

Well we did but my stomach wasn't feeling too good so I passed up on it. What a shame...I love Lee's chicken.
