Same. I asked her why she wanted my current work number (I really don't want to tell anyone I apply to, because I don't want my current boss to know that I'm thinking about leaving because I still have vacation time to use up)

I sent my previous 2 years W2, including recent paystubs to prove I still work there, and was accepted less than an hour later.

Social security numbers and birth dates of all family members that will be on your insurance. We will need the mailing address for any child that does not reside with you. If there is a Court Decree stating you must furnish health coverage for your child or children, we will need a copy of the decree for our health insurance carrier.

CDL manual from your state.

Personal expense money.

Rain gear, outdoor clothing, flashlight, work gloves.

RAND MCNALLY MOTOR CARRIERS ATLAS (AVAILABLE AT LOCAL TRUCK STOPS).

Your social security card or a Birth Certificate.

Clear ruler (6 inches), pocket calculator, black pen, pencils, and note pads.

Appearance Code, No visible body piercing except in the ears (small earrings).Male’s no more than

shoulder length hair. Facial hair trimmed and neat.

 

She sent an email with 6 attachments, I printed all of them.

1) HOTEL agreement
2) Promissory Notice
3) "NY School Contract" - I filled it out, I think it still applies to us.
4) Confirmation "Congratulations and Welcome"
5) Employee Agreement
6) "NY Driver Application" - filled this out too, this is the 4 page application.

The recruiter also did a very poor job answering a question I asked...

 

So corrective lenses would be a disqualifier?
