My contracts came with zero instructions, and my recruiter is non-responsive to emails.... I just faxed in the two promissory notes and the employment agreement today. Is the training enrollment agreement also to be faxed in? Reason I ask is because it says I got things like the rules for the training school and federal regulations that I have not gotten. Also... it has two witness lines - do I really need to find two witnesses to sign it? Feeling like a fool right now.

    Thanks

I cannot answer your question but I have one for you......

Do you see any problem with what you wrote? See what I highlighted ? See anything wrong?

    Just asking......

You're going to spend a lot of time the first day of class doing paperwork your instructor can answer any questions you may have. In the meantime, if you aren't getting responses to your emails, make a list of your concerns and give them a call. If you have already secured your spot in a class, then there shouldn't be any issues that can't be resolved the first day.

Your post is not very clear. I would call the people who sent the contract and ask them what you need to do. I find going to the source is much better than asking people who have no knowledge of what I am talking about. I would also suggest that you read over any contract carefully and understand all the terms. I would not sign something without fully understanding what I am signing. If there is something in the contract that I don't agree then it would need to be changed or I won't sign the contract. I have known people who have signed contracts without reading or fully understanding them and regretted it later.

They will have you sign the contracts and promissory notes in the class...the instructors will be the witnesses
