Millis guys, i have some questions please....

Well, 10% of Millis drivers quit over the cameras and others like myself are looking for the best possible job before jumping ship.

It's not just the cameras, it's the fact that Millis lies about when the cameras come on.

Millis claims: 1.) cameras don't come on when your truck is stopped and you're asleep in sleeper.
2.) Cameras only come on during critical event. 3.) cameras only record 30 seconds.

Maybe if they admitted that they can come on and see and listen to you at any time they want, just like facetime on your cell phone, and that they often stay on for hours at a time. They are also not acknowledging when you stop at a stop sign, unless you sit there for 5 seconds for the computer to catch up to the fact you stopped. So they keep riding your ### for not stopping at stop signs that you did stop at.

 

If not noticed WI F150 has beef with Millis and posts same on every thread glad to see a new driver that understands the reason for them.

Hahahah then quit asking questions about Millis and just go sign up and see for yourself. ALL the old Millis cheerleaders on here have quit Millis and if it was so good there, those drivers with 3 - 15 years there wouldn't have left. Millis wants to be a training company, thats why they specify they only want students during hiring blitzes. I find it absolutely funny that new drivers still in school and guys that have been there less than 3 or 4 months telling you how everyone else is so wrong and they know all about it. the blind leading the blind. Good luck you guys.

 

This jerk sent me a private message warning me to stop saying bad things about Millis.

That means I will highlight other problems with Millis to warn new drivers.

Are you denying that Millis has cameras on the windshield facing the driver?

Are you denying the company lies about when the cameras and microphones come on?

Are you denying that drivers are getting nailed for running stop signs if they don't stop and wait 5 seconds for the computer to catch up and recognize that you stopped?

If so, you must be Millis mgmt. because they are the only ones denying that.

Those are the only things I've cited.

But because you sent private message warning me not to warn new drivers, I will get one of their ads that lies about how much money Millis pays, if they're still running that ad.

 

Dude, get the sand out if your ###### before you blow a gasket....

I've been training here in Eden for almost three weeks now and I'm impressed with the number of drivers I meet almost daily that have been with this company for more than 10 years. So I'm not sure what you are taking about when it comes to this company losing its core drivers. Perhaps the vast majority of them do not come to this forum and make themselves known... Have a nice day and please for your own safety, go see a Dr about that sand problem you have....

You've been training for 3 weeks? And you think you know something about Millis? Hahahahaha you're funny

 

I'm merely stating what I have observed. I never claimed to know all there is about Millis. It's a very simple fact that stats do lot lie.
