of course they don't watch every driver all day, but it just makes it easier to fire you if they don't like you.
Millis guys, i have some questions please....

Late for appointments?
Dangerous driving?
Complaining constantly?
Low productivity?
Etc.
sometimes people need to be fired....just sayin. -
and those of you agreeing with it and telling us to accept it as a fact of life, are no better than the insurance companies and trucking companies forcing it down our throats
Millis has the cameras, because of that driver about 5 years ago that killed somebody on the New York thruway while watching porn.drvrtech77 and WisconsinF150 Thank this. -
Listen, i'm not a fan of the cameras. I don't want or need to be watched either. But it is what it is. No amount of complaining is going to get this camera out of my truck. But to be perfectly honest, knowing it's there has probably made me drive a little more safely. But I'm not going to stress over it. If it ever gets to be a deal breaker for me, I will go elsewhere, but for now, Millis meets my needs. I just don't buy into the idea that the Millis family put cameras in just to fire people they don't like. Seems like a lot of unnecessary trouble and money just to get rid of someone. I would imagine there are numerous reasons for them, savings on insurance premiums, protect themselves against another incident like the one in NY, AND to protect the driver. Probably many more reasons as well . Anyway, rant over. I don't expect to change anyone's opinion. Have a safe day, y'all mkewphotog Thanks this. -

I compared it to a rich man putting a chastity belt on his beautiful wife every time he has to be away from her. He loves her, but he doesn't trust her enough not to cheat on him. Because he has been cheated on before. the unappreciated wife will see his true colors and move on to someone who treats her better.
that is the way these big companies are treating you. They care about you to a degree, but are lumping you all into the same basket because they don't trust you as a whole. Elogs, Quallcomm and cameras are just like leashes, shackles. big companies hate websites like this, because it shows the world their true colors, and drivers who deserve to be treated better we'll move on and kick companies like Millis to the curb with a quickness.WisconsinF150 Thanks this. -
Well, like I said, I don't expect to change anyone's opinion. They are treating me pretty good right now, so until that changes, I'll stay. There are better companies out there, to be sure. But there are a whole lot more worse ones. I respect your opinion and if you leave (if you haven't already), I wish you luck . Be safe driver.

Hahahaha a Facebook Millis Hate Page....never thought of that! I don't hate Millis but I don't like someone to come on here with 4 hours of class time and tell me how Millis is. I know how Millis is and I left....and I argued with every one of those same guys that told everyone how great Millis was...and guess what...they left too...so now Millis hires students and they say my instructor is great, yet they are in week one...how do they know? And the same guy says anyone that complains about cameras or this and that must be a loser...because someone in class told them that too....so yeah, i take a little offense from some no nothing spouting off about what he doesn't know
SuperTroll....HAHAHAHAHAWisconsinF150 Thanks this. -
