Anyone know anything about them. I got a call today about leasing on they are hiring O/O. They say they pay 88% of 100% which average $1.357premile to the driver, Direct deposit is free, No touch freight all pellet. No NY or Canada. Home time is up to you, They pay trippac, Now for what dont look good. The FSC is figured in with the rate they dont separate it, All tolls are on the driver they dont pay them figure the higher rate freight compresate for it, Use Fleet 1 fuel card no discount as of yet but they are working on it, They dont own any equipment and if you dont have a trailer its $125 a week dry van, $1500 escrow # $150 a week for 10 weeks, No Qualcomm you have to have a cell, $60 for your drug screen, DOT inspection has to be with in 30 days, .30cpm to bob tail to orientation in Chicago, And if there is anything else you pay for it Plates insurance weight you name it Now I may be wrong but it dont sound to good but I like to hear others chime in. Oh and no forced dispach you'll have 2-3 loads to pick from.

I recived their call also and he e mailed me some settlement sheets from another driver with that drivers phone number and after looking at his pay I wasn't real impressed. Most loads were from chicago to the north east.

seems about the only difference between them and running your own authority is they are taking 12% for having there stickers on your door. I guarantee if they dont seperate the fsc from the linehaul rate on your confirmation or settlement they are taking more than 12%! I guess having a reliable customer with steady loads counts for something...but your pretty much paying for everything......and im assuming when you say insurance you mean cargo ins. also?

Notice on those settlements they are from when fuel was over $4 a gallon, so that $1.54 a mile includes the fsc, which makes it not impressive considering they pay for NOTHING and most of their freight is north east so that means $$$$$ for tolls!

I talked to someone there to day about hiring on. In addition to everything else you must buy there cargo and liability insurance at $ 642 per month, trailer rental $ 500 per month & workmans comp $ 150 per month = $ 1,292 a month. If your getting at least $ 1.35 per mile then 2500 per week =$ 3,375. Its probably not bad if you own your own trailer. I can get one cheap. I think im going to hire on with them, ill report back in a while and tell you what I think.:biggrin_25516:
