I cant answer ya, is it at night or daytime....... difference would be whether its the FDC drivers or RDC drivers......... if you get a truck number i can get you the phone number to call them in...... as for the shifting part, i must be the ONE that can lol.:biggrin_2555:

been thinking of bout this...... explain how your being cut off, if the Ruan drivers are on the road and your pulling out of the docks at Bossard or adams, then the trucks on the road have the right of way...... unless you drive for JB, schneider, knight or someone like that then i can see where you would think you have the right of way:biggrin_2551::biggrin_25516::biggrin_25510::biggrin_2559:

Local LTL.:Van: None of those other companies you mentioned have any business on that road....unless they're lost.....and they have been. Target DC entrances are ALL off of Hudson Rd., and there are nice BIG signs EVERYWHERE.....but those dumb, dumbs STILL find a way to get lost and end up behind Target DC.

Come out of Bossard (mid day, early night), heading north. Ruan drivers coming out of the terminal, heading east. They blow the stop sign, and go left (north)---cut me off, and take just about all the way to Hudson Rd. to get up to 35 mph.
Then they stop at the light, go left when the light turns green....almost take so long to take off that THEY are the only ones to get through the light---but I blow the yellow light, ram through the gears to pass them, so I don't have to be behind them at the Greenhill Rd. light (where we take a right), and then again at the Rt.58 light (where we go left).

It's just PAINFUL following these non-shifting rookies. PAINFUL.

If they'd stop cutting me off....I'd just hammer down, get on down the road, and neither one of us would have to worry about either one of us.

you did not say if they were refer trailers but from your description on time and direction headed i would say its the frigging food guys. and my guess is they are putting their load info into their phones, as we use a java program instead of qualcomm.

as for the signage, there was a schneider that pulled his truck and trailer into the employee parking lot on viking road........ look close at that entrance next time you go by......

as for the shifting....... guess that explains why we now have some VOLVO AUTOMATICS.......... i refuse to drive them or any daycab

I wanted to apply for ruan but the website says not currently hiring for Chester, va that's where I live. A guy in truck driver school told me that they are relocating from Chester to north Carolina....anyone else heard of this?

Anyone know if ruan out of holiday city ohio for menards is any good? They keep calling me wanting to see if I want to work for them and even the terminal manager wants to speak with me about it. Sounds like they are desperate but idk any suggestions?
