Do NOT go there! They make a lot of promises, but you will soon be disappointed. Quest, aka Quest Global, Inc. in Cartersville, GA has shoddy equipment and you spend a lot of time being broke down. They have been audited twice that I know of by DOT and have been flagged at most weigh stations. In other words, you are subject to more DOT scrutiny and rarely get a green light with Prepass. Their so called management treats the drivers badly. Because of this, they have run off a lot of good teams. You will see their ads in several truck job books every month, talking about what a great company they are. They even plastered signs on the back of all their trailers promising you can earn .61 cents a mile. There is no "waiting list" to get in, as one post claimed. If that were the case, they wouldn't need to put help wanted signs on all their trailers! LOL. The owners are so cheap that they even take the loyalty points off the drivers' Pilot reward cards. The only thing the drivers can use the card for is showers. They also pay per diem (whether you want it or not).....which is another rip off to a driver. They claim to offer healthcare bennies, but they do not contribute one dime. It can be quite costly for a family, and their best plan has a 5 k deductable. I could go on, but this should give you the general picture.

LOL!!!!! As soon as I heard, "Look guys, we gotta keep your Pilot reward points, but we will let you keep the showers" I would have hopped up and ran. I mean come on, I didn't even know that was possible!!! LOL. Sad.

Now how do they get your loyalty points? That card is issued to you and you only. I never heard of anyone doing that. ??

Apparently, they worked out that deal with Pilot. Whenever you swipe your fuel card to get fuel and then swipe the Pilot loyalty card, the points earned are applied to the company's account. Many drivers had points on their Pilot cards. I had almost 100 bucks accumulated! One day we get a message over the Qualcomm informing us of their new policy. Without warning, everyone lost their points. We really didn't want to swipe the cards anymore after that, but if we wanted to get a shower we would have been forced to pay out of pocket for the cost. Also, Pilot is the only truck stop they use for fueling. Simply put, they screwed the drivers.

Hi - I'm looking to team as a company driver and the Quest rep said I could make over $70K running 5-6000 miles/week. I'm with a good company now ($50K/yr) as a solo driver, but need to make more money. What is your experience with this company? I'd appreciate any information. Thank you!
